You can find specialist and management seminars as well as further training seminars in our training program. In addition, new blood sponsorship groups specifically develop young employees so that they are equipped for future management positions. In personnel development seminars, the potentials in the up and coming employees are analysed and feedback provided about their strengths and weaknesses. Management personnel are also specifically developed and coached.
