We emphasise transparency, integrity and sustainability in all our business practices. For this reason, we have established a compliance structure in our company to ensure the principles of ethical, lawful and legally compliant behaviour.

We offer our business partners (suppliers, customers, etc.) the opportunity to report potential violations of compliance guidelines to us through our Compliance Department, in particular with regard to human rights or environmental risks or violations of obligations under the supply chain due diligence law (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG).

How you are protected by our Compliance Department:

  • · All reported information is treated confidentially by our compliance department to protect the identity of the whistleblower.
  • · Our platform ensures the secure transmission of reports and protects against unauthorised access.
  • · We endeavour to review all reports appropriately and provide you with appropriate feedback

Which issues can you report?

In accordance with the supply chain due diligence law (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG), you can report violations in connection with human rights or environmental risks or violations. This includes, e. g. the protection against child labour, the right to fair wages and environmental protection in accordance with § 2 supply chain due diligence law (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG).

If your report does not belong to the scope of the HinSchG or the LkSG and therefore another contact person is responsible for your case, you will receive a confidential response.

External reporting centres:

The Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) is also responsible for monitoring and enforcing the LkSG. Further information can be found on the BAFA website (https://www.bafa.de/).
